For out-of-town guests: 
There is no room block because the hotel in Zachary, La wouldn't allow it. (insert eye roll here) However, Zachary is the closest city with hotels (about 10 miles) but most people are staying in Downtown Baton Rouge (including us). 
There are also some awesome hotels, AirBNB and other places to stay in Baton Rouge. Downtown is about 40 miles from the wedding venue.
