Two years too long, it’s finally happening!

I had just started my career as a nurse at CRMC and he was an aid with PT. I was able to see what a gentleman and loving man he was. I realized very soon I was not in a place to deserve his love affection and took a step back to work on myself. Our paths crossed again less than a year later and it was just perfect, I knew then and there that I would marry Trey.

My family had our annual vacation to one of my favorite destinations, St.Augustine Florida. Trey knows my life is all about my family and knew it was a perfect time with my family there and at my favorite place. My best friend Kristin of 13 years just so happened to last minute come stay with us and has an aunt that lives near by that takes pictures. Trey had no idea and knew of nothing that 2 days prior to arriving we decided to take family pictures for the first time in about 5 or 6 years and he knew that would be a perfect time to be able to capture the moment as well. My friend Kristin and her boyfriend Jake went first for couples photos and took some walking towards the camera at the waters edge. Trey and I followed suit. I just so happened to pick the side to hold hands on as he had the ring in that very same pocket. Luckily I had not a clue and kept walking and he had stopped I took a turn around and there he was smiling into the sun with his big blue eyes asking me to marry him. The rest is now history.
