The ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive to the Merrimon-Wynne and are seated by 4:45 PM.
The event is formal attire. For women, please wear midi, ankle or floor length gowns or fancy cocktail dresses. Bright colors are encouraged! For men, please wear a suit and tie.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors on the Merrimon-Wynne lawn while the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

There will be a small shuttle to the Merrimon-Wynne from the Hyatt Hotel for those requiring extra assistance. If you are able, please walk to the Merrimon-Wynne from the Hyatt Hotel or call an Uber/Lyft. After the reception, there will be transportation from the Merrimon-Wynne to the Hyatt Hotel at 10:45 PM. Starting at 11 PM, the transportation will take guests from the Merrimon-Wynne to the Davie for the after-party.
There is limited parking available at the Merrimon-Wynne. If their lot is full, you can also park nearby at Seaboard Station.
Please refrain from using your cellphone and taking photos during the wedding ceremony. We will have a photographer to capture these moments and do not want any cellphones blocking their shots! You are welcome to take photos and videos the rest of the evening.
