Our Wedding Day

What to expect from the TNT Wedding

On our big day, we want to take everyone back to summer camp for a weekend wedding of playing, exploring and sleeping on bunk beds. It will be a chill camping-style weekend with minimal events planned but a short ceremony at 3pm on Saturday and a good party to follow. The venue has cabins available and the surrounding area has hiking, biking, kayaking, volleyball, horseshoes, sightseeing and more all within minutes of the cabins. We're hoping you'll stay with us for a day or two. Please check out the accommodations on the Travel page!

How We Met

Tabitha's Version...

It was Thursday, June 9th 2016 at my friends Dena's going-away party. I came late from work, wearing basic white shirt, with my hair-pulled back as I hadn't washed it that day... I wasn't planning to meet anyone new. At the party, I immediately found my roommate Mira. I invited myself into her conversation with our friend Sarah and an attractive guy who I had never met before. They were talking about cadavers in Sarah's Physical Therapy school... "Could you cut into a dead body?", they asked. "Could I use a bonesaw?" was my reply, with an evil giggle. Despite my creepy and awkward answer, the attractive dirty blonde introduced himself to me as "Chevor" which I mistakenly heard... It turns out Chevor's name was actually Trevor. We chatted for a while and he invited me to a game of pool. I lost but challenged him to a drinking game where we had to finish our drinks without using our hands. The going away party ended up going to the bar and Trevor picked me a flower on the way there. He made me laugh so much throughout the night; I still have the selfie he took on my phone when I asked him to take a picture of me, Mira and Hannah. As I was leaving the bar, Trevor stopped me at the door to ask for my number. I hesitated, but looking back now I know it was best decision I ever made.

Trevor's Version

On the way to a bike ride, my good friend Andrew told me that Dena's new roommate was single and a real catch. About a week later for Dena's going away party, I heard Tabitha was going to be there so of course, I went to meet this mystery girl. Sorry Dena, I went to meet Tab more than to send you off to Grad School. Anyways, Tabitha had no idea who I was but somehow right when she walked in, she came and joined a conversation I was having with our friends, Sarah and Mira. I quickly realized this beautiful girl was in fact Tabitha. Somehow within minutes we were engaged in a competition of who could drink their drink first without using our hands. Soon we had a small audience as we tried to balance our drinks on our chests and drink them. Mostly spilling and laughing. After that we all headed to a small local bar where I picked her some dirty flowers from the side of the road and gave them to her. She didn't seem too impressed. Once we arrived, Tab went straight to the bar and bought a pitcher of beer for the group which sealed my interest in her. After many laughs, I caught her as she headed out to catch an Uber home and asked for her phone number. The rest is history.
