With a full itinerary for our day, 3 families to enjoy time with and 3 meals to devour, our day (and bellies) were full. Our morning spent at church thanking God for the almighty miracle of salvation. We then made our way to Weymouth to our first stop with one half of Trevor’s family, had many laughs and great conversations. Then made our way to Plymouth, for Trevor’s other half. More food, photos, and quality time (oh and dessert). After the goodies, we recharged with a walk in the gorgeous weather. We finally landed at the big finale! The Walkinshaw residence, being greeted by Mr. Walkinshaw (who was in cahoots with Trevor). We talked and waited for the rest to join us for dinner. We all take a seat at the table that holds many memories for Sydnie. As always, we must say grace; our hands all intertwined around the table, we go in a circle starting with Mr. Walkinshaw, ending with Trevor. As Trevor’s voice shutters, the family pulls out their phones, Sydnie with her eyes closed feels Trevor stand up. Opening her eyes, Trevor on one knee. “YES!” with tears following… pure happiness!
