Who would know that scrolling aimlessly through Hinge you would find your soulmate? About 3 days after that we had our first date at Ford's Garage, and it was definitely love at first sight. We talked about how we hadn't been to Chicago in so long, and that we missed it. Trevor got the clever idea to ask me if I wanted to take a trip there that upcoming weekend. Surprisingly, I said yes! Everyone thought I was crazy for saying yes to a weekend trip away with someone I had just met, but I had such a good feeling about it! It turned out to be the most memorable weekend we ever had. Best second date you could think of! 8 months later, we get engaged at the same place we started to fall in love!
