What is the dress code?

Answer

The welcome party is cocktail casual attire. For women, this can mean dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or a pantsuit. For men, this can mean slacks, jacket optional, tie not required. The wedding ceremony and reception dress code is black tie optional. Gentlemen, dark suit and tie or tuxedo are welcome. Ladies, please join us in floor-length gowns or dresses. We can’t wait to celebrate in style with you!

Where should I stay in Boston?

Please refer to the travel section for information on hotel options including room blocks. Boston has plenty of different accommodations in the area if you prefer as well!

Is transportation provided to/ from the hotels to the wedding venue?

Answer

All of our recommended hotels — The Langham, Hyatt Centric, and The Bostonian — are just a short walk from The State Room, so we will not be providing shuttle transportation. For guests staying at these hotels, an Uber Hotspot QR code will be provided at check-in for anyone who would like assistance with transportation.

Is parking available at the hotels?

Answer

Parking rates are as follows: The Bostonian: Valet parking is available for $68 per night Self parking is $40 per 24 hours The Hyatt: Valet parking is the only parking option available. It is $70 per car per night.  The Langham: Self parking at The Langham is available for the following rates: Weekday (Mon - Fri): 7am - 5pm: $45 total 5pm - midnight : $25 total Overnight: $75 total Weekend (Sat & Sun): All day: $25 total Overnight: $75 total Valet parking is also available for $75 total (+ $15 to charge electric vehicles) The Post Office Square Garage is next to the The Langham. Parking here is $10.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There are several parking garages within walking distance to the venue. The closest garages are located at 60 State St and 75 State St. There is additional parking about a 5 minute walk from the venue at Post Office Square garage.

The Post Office Square Garage is next to the Langham. Parking is available there for $10. Self parking at The Langham is available for the following rates: Weekday (Mon - Fri): 7am - 5pm: $45 total 5pm - midnight : $25 total Overnight: $75 total Valet parking is also available for $75 total (+ $15 to charge electric vehicles)
