A little Party never killed nobody

I shared their restlessness, understood their determination to free themselves and to find out for themselves what life was all about."

We first met in 2009 when our mutual friend Curtis Coomes introduced us and said Trevor was his brother (false). Trevor and Maritza were not meant to be just yet. Two years later, we sat next to each other in a sociology class on deviance and our deviant minds found each other, bringing us to current day, planning our socially deviant wedding celebration 😈

We've done a lot of things over the years including amazing trips, growing as individuals and a team, learning and helping each other become our best selves and The Bosses of OUR Future. We've slept shoulder to shoulder in the back of the car in the middle of nowhere Utah. Stood inside (and held hands) a giant Sequoia tree. Soaked in an overly hot spring at the top of a mountain. Explored the streets and neighborhoods and food of New York City. Picked ripe avocados from the mountains of Mexico. And binge-watched entire series over the weekend from the comfort of our couch. Our adventures over the years have strengthened our bond and helped us discover the profound love we bring each other. And can't wait to build on for the rest of our lives.

After graduating from Black Hills State University in May 2012, Trevor spent over 5 years working as a ad-designer for Tri-State Livestock & Farmer + Rancher Exchange. He then made a career change in 2018 and is now helping make people's dreams come true by providing home loans with Unify Home Lending. Maritza, graduated from Black Hills State University in May 2013, and then spent 5 years working at a psychiatric residential treatment facility, and during that time went back to school and completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently she spends her days working as a Family Counselor at Behavior Management Systems (BMS) in Rapid City, always looking to expand on her education to better herself and better be able to help others make lasting positve changes in their lives. In their free time Trevor and Maritza enjoy exploring the Black Hills- hiking, trail running, exploring paths less traveled, and finding new spots for camping in the hills! They also like to hustle and grind all year to save money for yearly trips to fulfill their need for adventure and exploring this wonderful world.

We have our eyes set on countless trails to hike, mountains to climb, and travels to take. Trevor is currently building his blossoming career and Maritza will continue working on furthering her education for her career in healthcare. For the time being we are content with being Uncle Trevor and Aunt Maritza, your favorite exuberant and fun-loving couple this side of the river. (and the other)
