FAQs

The Wedding Website of Lainey Brown and Trevor Mendoza
Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We’re not expecting any gifts—your love and presence are more than enough! But if you’d like to give something meaningful, we would love one of your favorite recipes to help us start our family cookbook. It means so much to build our new life with a little piece of yours. If you're really feeling the urge to give more (though truly, no pressure!), we kindly ask you to contribute to help build our future together, since we already have everything we need for our home. For those who’ve asked, we’ve created a simple registry here: Trevor & Lainey’s Zola Registry Thank you for your kindness, love, and support!

Question

How do I share a favorite recipe with you?

Answer

We will have recipe cards at the wedding for you to fill out. You’re also more than welcome to bring one already completed on a 3x5 note card. We will have a recipe book at the wedding with protective sleeves that will fit your recipe perfectly. If possible, we would love for it to be handwritten and signed to add that personal touch to each one. We are so excited to begin this new chapter with recipes from our family and friends.

Question

The RSVP is not working, what should I do?

Answer

Please reach out to either Trevor or Lainey for help. If it still isn't working after you reach out, no worries at all; your RSVP can be marked down on our end for you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There’s no official dress code—just come looking nice! That said, there may be a camera or two capturing special moments throughout the day, so you might end up in some photos or video. Dress to feel good, look good, and celebrate with us!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love and cherish all the children in our lives, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows all our guests to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Question

Do you have a hotel room block arranged for out of town guests?

Answer

No, we don’t at this time, but there are plenty of great hotel options nearby!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking available at the venue! Whether you’re driving yourself or carpooling with friends, you’ll have no trouble finding a spot. We kindly ask that all vehicles be removed at the end of the evening, as overnight parking is not permitted. If you plan on drinking, we encourage you to arrange a designated driver or alternative transportation. Your safety means the world to us, and we want everyone to get home safely after a wonderful night together!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by June 12th, 2026. We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people and want to make sure there’s a seat (and a plate!) with your name on it. The sooner you RSVP, the better we can plan all the fun! We can’t wait to see you there!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP—no later than June 15, 2026. We want everyone to enjoy the meal and feel comfortable at our celebration, so we’ll do our best to accommodate any special needs with a heads-up!
