What is the weather like in June in Florence?

What should I wear to the wedding ceremony and reception

Answer

We kindly encourage formal attire for our celebration. As the ceremony will be held in a church, we ask that shoulders are covered during this portion of the day.

Will there be transportation provided for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be held close to the hotel (to be finalized soon), and the easiest way to get there will be a short walk, about 10 minutes. After the ceremony, shuttles will be available to bring guests comfortably to Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte for the reception so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at the church by 3:00 PM so everyone can be comfortably seated. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please allow about 10–15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the church.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children of our immediate family at the Ceremony & Reception. Children who are invited will be included on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Can the venue accomodate my dietary restrictions?

Answer

Of course! When you respond to our RSVP form, there will be a section to let us know your special dietary restrictions.

What if I already submitted my RSVP and need to make changes?

Answer

You can submit a new RSVP, or send an email to our wedding planner at: guja@gujapusterla.com with the subject line: "The Quinn Wedding: RSVP Update"

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be hosted outside in the Italian gardens. The reception will be hosted outdoors as well, weather permitting.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! Let's keep the party going! The outdoor portion of the night will end at 11:30pm and we will head inside the venue for late-night snacks, drinks, and more dancing.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Parking will not be available at the venue. We kindly recommend using the complimentary shuttles or asking your hotel to arrange a taxi for you—both will make getting there easy and stress-free.

Are credit card accepted at local restaurants and shops?

Answer

The majority of the restaurants/shops accept cards; sometimes they do not accept AMEX, DINERS, UNION PAY. Be sure to always have cash with you just in case.

What is the best way to get around Florence?

Answer

Florence is easy and lovely to explore on foot! If you need a ride, official white taxis are available at taxi stands, through the AppTaxi app, or by calling +39 055 4242. Taxis can’t be hailed on the street, so you’ll need to go to a taxi stand or ask your hotel to call one for you.
