What is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than August 1st, 2026.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior. Those opting to take a shuttle should arrive by 4pm.

Is there a hotel near the venue?

Answer

There are several options in Hood River (about 15 minutes from the venue), including the Best Western, Hampton Inn & Suites (discount link on the Travel tab), The Hood River Hotel, Lightwell Hotel, and the Columbia Gorge Hotel. Across the river in White Salmon, there are also a couple hotel options. AirBnB or VRBO are great options as well. For the shuttle service to the venue, we will work with them to select a few pick-up locations to best accommodate those who want a ride to the venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

Fall cocktail attire is requested. It may get chilly in the shade and in the evening, so please dress for the weather and be comfortable!

Can I bring a guest and/or my kids?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests unless you were provided a plus-one on your invitation. There may be flexibility as RSVPs start coming in and we get a better headcount, so please don't hesitate to reach out!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue has indoor and outdoor space. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. Dinner will be served indoors. It may get chilly in the evening, so please dress for the weather. We'll have space heaters and blankets available to help keep everyone cozy!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is parking at the venue. There is a cashless toll bridge when crossing from Oregon to Washington. If you plan to or need to leave your car overnight at the venue, please note that it needs to be to be moved by 9am the next morning.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please note that in the RSVP questionnaire. If you feel you need extra reassurance, please don't hesitate to text Emily and we can work with our caterer!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with a few signature cocktails, beer, and wine as well as NA beverages. Please remember to bring your ID!
