Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request our guests to dress in Formal Attire: Ladies, mid to floor-length dresses. Gentlemen, please wear suits with jackets & a tie Colors are encouraged, as this is a spring wedding! (: Our bridal party will be in navy and light blue. We kindly ask the ladies to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream colored attire. Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is completely outdoors. The reception will be under a marquee. Average outdoor temps in early May are a high of mid 70's and a low of mid 50's. Please bring a jacket/shawl if needed for later in the evening. There will be dispersed propane patio heaters throughout the lawn.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, unless otherwise noted on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited with an invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation. Otherwise, we kindly ask that only named guests attend.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive by 4:00 p.m. to ensure you have enough time to take your seat. *Keep in mind that the wedding is on a Friday and that you may encounter rush-hour traffic.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a private parking lot for our guests to park their vehicles. Please note that any cars left overnight must be picked up by 11 am the next morning.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with an exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have a very talented team and ask that the ceremony be unplugged; this means no phones/media. We will gladly share photos from this moment, etc., and ask that you respect this decision. (We do not want to see you in the background of our photos holding a phone, vs enjoying the moment). Thank you!

What about food?

Answer

There will be tray-passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. For dinner, it will be served family-style, a mix of plated and buffet, where serving plates will be delivered to each table. There will be bread baskets, 2 entrees, and 2 different sides. In your RSVP, please let us know if there are certain accommodations we need to make (celiac, vegetarian, etc)

We will have an open bar, don't you worry, LOL.

We have the BEST DJ, can't wait to celebrate with you all!!!!
