The first shuttle will arrive at 2:20, and there will be a second one at 2:25. The shuttles will also drop you off at the hotel after the reception ends.

The shuttle will arrive at 2:05, and will drop you off after the reception ends. This will be the only shuttle for this hotel.

Flight

Bradley International Airport (BDL)

This is just north of Hartford and will be the closest airport to the venue (40 min drive) and hotel blocks (25 min drive, on the way to the venue).

Newark International Airport (EWR)

Often has good prices and variety of routes. There is an Amtrak train that goes directly from the airport to New Haven Union Station (~2 hours), from which point you can take an Uber to your hotel. If the train times agree with your flights, we find this to be the best option besides Hartford.

JFK International Airport

This will have more routes available, but is slightly more difficult to navigate. You would take the AirTrain to Jamaica station, then Jamaica to Grand Central. From there, there are direct trains to New Haven (~2 hours) that run at least every half hour apart nearly all day, and are always very cheap. Once you get to New Haven, you can catch an Uber to your hotel. If you're interested in seeing New York on your way, this might be a good option. This is the airport we end up flying out of most, so it's really not that bad.
