Question

How should I book my trip?

Answer

Please use the link provided to you via email or the link below to book your trip with our travel agent Sarah Solomon. This will allow you to get a group discount rate. https://fs4.formsite.com/jenstravel/s8h5pfaqib/index.html

Question

Is transportation included in our accommodations?

Answer

Yes, a shared shuttle service is included in your stay at the hotel. This shuttle is used by other hotels in the area so there may be extra stops. There is an alternative which is using private transportation which is inexpensive & can be arranged with our travel agent Sarah.

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Yes absolutely! There is a kids club that is included with your accommodations.

Question

Bride and Groom arrival date?

Answer

We are arriving on December 11th and departing for our Honeymoon December 15th after brunch with our guests.

Question

Is the flight included with our stay or is that something you will need to book separately?

Answer

The flight can be included with your package or you can choose to book your flight separately. We have found that flying out of Nashville or Indianapolis is cheaper than flying out of Louisville.

Question

What are the check-in and check out times?

Answer

You can check in from 3:00 PM - 11:30. There’s a charge for early check-in (amount may vary, subject to availability). Check-out time is noon.

Question

Should I bring tip money?

Answer

We recommend bringing 1 and 5 dollar bills for tips for the resort employees.

Question

Is it safe to travel outside of the resort?

Answer

We recommend staying on the resort at all times other than excursions provided by a reliable source such as the hotel.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Beach Semi-Formal A dress, suit, formal romper, or jumpsuit all work for semi-formal. Feel free to include prints, avoiding anything too loud. If you choose to wear a beachy dress, consider it in either tea-length or maxi to avoid looking too casual. Dressy sandals, chunky heels, and wedges are acceptable footwear options. While a jacket isn’t required, a breathable sport coat or unique blazer is a fun addition. Feel free to include prints, avoiding anything too loud. Shoes can be a little more casual, but still need to be closed-toe, such as a loafer or deck shoe. Shorts and sandals are not permitted.
