It took two people who grew up the town over from one another moving to Boston to meet each other. Trevor and Ali happened to meet by chance at a local bar on a Saturday night. After chatting most of the night, Trevor almost left the bar without asking for Ali's phone number, but thank goodness she took the initiative and put it in his phone. The rest is history!

Trevor has been going to Newport since he was a kid, and over the last few years, it has now become one of their favorite places to visit together in the summertime. During this particular trip, they had spent the entire day at First Beach, and headed home for what Ali thought would be an early dinner. Trevor had other plans. They had 15 minutes to catch the sunset, and after making it to Trevor's "spot" along Ocean Drive, he managed to pull off the best surprise, and propose as the sun was setting. A moment they'll never forget!
