When should I RSVP by?

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Friday October 4th, the night before the wedding, please join us at Piccadilly's Public House and Restaurant at 7pm for drinks and dessert.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so please make sure to arrive before then to park and take your seat without feeling rushed.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Don't be shy about any allergies or dietary restrictions! Please reach out to Callie or Trevor, or email callieandtrevor@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Metered street parking in Downtown Winchester is free on weekends, as well as after 6pm on weekdays. There is also a covered parking garage located next to the venue at 128 North Cameron Street.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to help celebrate with a gift, we have set up a honeymoon fund in addition to a few small items at https://www.zola.com/registry/trevor-callie.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or semi-formal attire. We suggest that wearing a knee-length or longer dress, dressy separates, a suit, or a dress shirt with tie.

Yes! Please include them when submitting your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to have everyone join us on our special day. Please reach out to Callie or Trevor, or email callieandtrevor@gmail.com to verify if we have space for more guests and we can add them to your invite.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please note that the room block and discount expire on September 4, 2024, so please plan accordingly. The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the George Washington Hotel, so we will be using that as the primary lodging for the weekend. There is a block of rooms available for our guests by calling (540) 431-2498 and letting them know you are booking with the Clayton-Scheckelhoff Wedding. You may also make a reservation in our room block there online using by going to the Travel tab at the top of the screen.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since the primary hotel for the wedding is also where the ceremony and reception are taking place, we do not have preset transportation prepared to other locations. If you are staying at another hotel and have any questions or concerns about transportation to and from the wedding, please reach out to Callie or Trevor, or email callieandtrevor@gmail.com so that we can help you make plans that best fit your needs.
