We met on a playground in Lakefield MN, Dustin's hometown, at a soccer practice. We didn't say a word to each other, but Dustin followed me around the playground until it was time to go. I told my mom how cute he was and that I was hoping to meet him when school started. At a soccer game I told my mom "I'm going to marry him." After years of secretly crushing on each other, Dustin asked me to be his girlfriend on his 18th birthday. We've been growing together ever since. <3

On our first vacation together in the beauty of Estes Park, Dustin surprised me with a beautiful ring and a question (with only one answer). I was stunned and so excited! The whole way down from the mountain felt like a dream. The ring was perfect, it was exactly what I had pictured and I was in disbelief that it was on my hand. During that car ride I realized that the perfect husband was something I never had quite been able to picture.. and the man sitting next to me exceeding anything I could have imagined. <3 Every day since then our relationship has only become more loving and supportive. We spend every minute possible together and we wouldn't have it any other way. You could say we're obsessed. XO
