What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:00 pm to allow time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is formal attire. For women, this includes floor-length gowns and tea-length or midi dresses. Men should wear formal tuxedos or suits.

Does the venue have parking?
Answer
Yes! There is complementary parking at the venue, and you may leave your car parked overnight. There is public safety monitoring 24/7.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team including a photographer and videographer to capture every detail of the wedding, and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to snap away!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event with the exception of a few younger family members. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Question
Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
We will have a complementary trolley transport guests AFTER the wedding from the venue to downtown Sarasota, where we plan to continue the celebration!

Will there be a room block at a hotel?
Answer
Yes! We are working on putting a room block in place at a hotel in downtown Sarasota.
