FAQs

The Wedding Website of Valentina Castillo and Trenton Corbitt
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're hosting a formal celebration and encourage guests to wear formal garden attire. To maintain focus on the couple, please refrain from wearing white and opt for more formal attire rather than jeans or overly casual outfits.

Question

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive by 4:20 p.m, as the ceremony will start promptly. All guests should be seated by 4:25 pm at the latest. To maintain a meaningful and uninterrupted moment, latecomers will not be seated during the ceremony. We will also have a professional photographer and videographer capturing all of the special moments. We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so enjoy the moment without your camera while our professional team takes pictures.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be listed. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named.

Question

Is the event kid-friendly?

Answer

We're happy to welcome children to celebrate with us! Please note that our venue includes a pond, so for everyone's safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. As the evening progresses, the reception will transition into an adults-only atmosphere with music, so we kindly ask that all children depart between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., after which the celebration will continue as an adults-only event.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside under a covered area; however, the reception will be inside. The main dance floor will be outside under a covered area. We do not anticipate it being cold, but come prepared with light jackets. There is a fire pit that will be lit in case it gets cold.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests RSVP by March 3rd, 2027. This helps us finalize seating, catering, and other details. It is best to respond as soon as you're able. If you respond after the deadline, we will not be able to accommodate you, as final counts have to be submitted shortly after the RSVP date.
