What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive before 3:15 PM CST in order to find parking and a seat. The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking on site, but there may be some walking involved if you arrive closer to the ceremony time. The reception will follow the ceremony, so no need to move your vehicle.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal attire, so nicer than business casual but not quite cocktail or formal attire. Please keep in mind that we will be mostly outside and seated at picnic tables.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVPs will be due September 6, 2025. All RSVPs MUST be made through our wedding website.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP through the wedding website. To access our site, go to www.zola.com/wedding/trentonandsavannah2025 and find the RSVP tab. Verbal RSVP will NOT be accepted. If you do not RSVP through the wedding website, it is assumed you will not be attending, we will not have a seat or food reserved for you, and you will be asked to leave.

Are kids invited?
Answer
There will be some children present, but parents should be aware that the reception music and dancing will cater to adult audiences after 7:30 PM.

What is being served at dinner?
Answer
Dinner will be catered by Mission BBQ and will include the following: - sliced brisket (gluten free) - pulled chicken (gluten free) - mac n' cheese - green beans with bacon (gluten free) - bread rolls & cornbread There will also be several appetizers, such as cheese & crackers and assorted fruits & vegetables, and a beverage station with lemonade, sweet & unsweet tea, and water. Options may differ for those with dietary restrictions (please RSVP!).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There will be a question on the RSVP form about allergies. Please list them there. We are already planning to have gluten free and vegetarian options for some guests, so please let us know of any additional needs.
