Our story began all the way back to 2016 when we first became acquainted with each other at Warsaw High School. We began to find ourselves hanging around the same group of friends constantly throughout our four years at Warsaw. It wasn't until New Year's of Trenton's Freshman year of college that a friendly relationship began to become something more. Instead of the typical New Year's Eve celebration, we found ourselves isolated from everyone, having a deep conversation about many topics that made us both realize that we have much more in common than the same friends. That conversation was the start of a relationship that would lead to so much happiness and memories that got us to where we are today

Our proposal story starts when Jaylyn was on a trip to California for work & I took the opportunity to go over to Kim's house and ask if I could marry Jaylyn. Jaylyn always expressed how much she would love it if she could have the wedding ring her dad proposed to her mom with, so that night I left with a "yes" from Kim and the ring to go with it. We had a trip planned to Florida a couple weeks after this so I thought that would be the perfect opportunity to ask. I told her to get dressed for a dinner date that ended with me on one knee and her family coming out from hiding in the tall grass on the beach shortly after to surprise her. The night ended with both of our families celebrating together.
