What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 26th, 2026 on our RSVP page. The sooner, the better!

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45 since our ceremony will start at 5:00!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Think garden party meets western country! Florals, soft colors, and breezy fabrics are perfect and feel free to add a touch of western charm with boots & denim!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we love kiddos, we have had to make the difficult decision to keep the event adults only (21+), unless specifically invited. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will your wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our wedding will be a mix of both! Ceremony: Outdoors, with some shade from the trees Cocktail Hour: Outdoors & in the lounge Reception: Indoors (yay for AC!) After-Party: By the pool! (Yes, really!)

Is there parking available at the Venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the Cedars Ranch! Please keep in mind that we will be having an open bar, so please plan accordingly. If needed cars can be left on property overnight!

Is there food onsite?

Answer

No, but for those staying on property you will have access to a small kitchen space and fridge so make sure you grab snacks on your way to the property!
