Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be located?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Dark Hammock Ranch in Okeechobee at 4:30pm, the address is as follows: 14344 NE 56th Ave., Okeechobee, Fl 34972 The reception will be held at the Scott Driver Recreation Park in Okeechobee at 6pm, the address is below: 10101 SR-78 W, Okeechobee, Fl 34974

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive between 4pm and 4:20pm for the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so try not to be late!

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No! We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. It is our sincerest wish that photos not be taken during our wedding ceremony. We truly appreciate guests adhering to this request. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding.

Can we take photos during the reception?

Answer

Yes! Please take as many photos as you’d like during the wedding reception. Just not during the ceremony. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome to come to both the ceremony and the reception. We just ask that you, as the parent/guardian, are responsible for the child and keep an eye on them during the entirety of the wedding. We also ask that if you have small children, please keep them quiet and seated during the ceremony. If that is not possible, please do not bring them to the ceremony. You can still bring them to the reception, which starts at 6pm, but we do not want children screaming and/or running wild at our ceremony. Thank you for your consideration!

Yes, guests can bring a plus one!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please try to RSVP by December, at the latest, so we can be sure to have enough seats and food for everyone!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nice clothing is recommended for the evening. It is a southern/western themed event, so cowboy hats and boots are welcome! Ladies can wear a dress, a blouse with jeans, or simply a nice shirt with jeans. Heels or boots are perfect. Men can dress up in their suit and tie, a button up shirt with jeans, or simply a nice shirt with jeans. Boots or nice shoes are perfect.
