What is the wedding dress code?

Please dress in semi-formal attire!

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we LOVE your children, unless specifically listed on the invitation and RSVP list please leave your littles at home. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

YES! Dinners are plated, so you will select what you'll be having. Without an RSVP, there will not be a seat, or dinner for you.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please submit all RSVPs by September 26th. If you're having any issues or the status of your RSVP needs updated please reach out to Sydney or Trent as soon as possible to make the necessary change.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be inside, we don't trust Ohio weather!

Can I take photos and post them to social media?

Answer

We have hired an incredible photography team to capture our big day! Please turn off all electronics and no cellphone photos during our ceremony. After the ceremony, take all the photos you'd like! Photos taken after the ceremony are welcome to be posted online! Be sure to use our hashtag, #HappilyEverHarrells

What time does cocktail hour start and where?

Answer

Cocktail hour begins at 5:30pm. The cocktail hour and reception are at the DoubleTree by Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, address: 3180 W Market St Akron, OH 44333

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. You are welcome to come into the church as early as 3:00pm. We recommend arriving no later than 3:15pm to give you time to find a seat.

When will the party end?

Answer

Never!! Just kidding, the reception will end at 10:30pm. You are welcome to continue celebrating at the hotel bar if desired!
