FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 31st, 2027, so we can finalize our guest count with our vendors.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only guests whose invitations include a plus one are able to bring an additional guest. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! Due to venue capacity and per-person catering costs, we are only able to accommodate the children who are specifically listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work within these limitations, and we can't wait to celebrate this special day with you and your family!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park and find your seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with an indoor/outdoor happy hour, followed by an indoor reception.

Question

Will the reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is Semi-Formal. We invite our guests to wear dressy attire such as cocktail dresses, midi dresses, dress pants, button-down shirts, suits, or sport coats. We encourage everyone to wear something they feel comfortable and confident in while celebrating with us!

Question

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding colors are navy, burgundy with hints of blush and sages/eucalyptus. Feel free to wear these colors, or whatever you are comfortable in, we just ask that you do not wear white.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at the venue.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes! Colby Falls is very accommodating with parking and leaving your car overnight if you need to rideshare back home or to your hotel. Please keep in mind that the lot is opened and will not be locked. They do just ask that you pick up your car no later than noon, so they can prepare for their next wedding.

Question

Are there nearby hotels?

Answer

Yes! We've listed a few recommended hotels on our Travel page. Including hotel blocks.

Question

Will transportation be provided from the hotels?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided from the hotel(s), but rideshare services are readily available.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

You can find our registry under the Registry tab on our website.

Question

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special moment and we'd love for you to enjoy the moment with us! Once we receive the video and photos, we will gladly share them with you. Feel free to take photos and videos during the reception! We'd love to see them—don't forget to tag us!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We'll miss celebrating with you, but we completely understand. Please let us know through the RSVP page.

Question

Who should I contact if I have questions?

Answer

If you have any questions leading up to the wedding, feel free to reach out to us. Day of the wedding, we do ask that you reach out to our amazing coordinator Katie, so we can focus on each other and getting ready for our forever.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair & handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Colby Falls is very accommodating and accessible to navigate around in a wheelchair, or walker.

Question

Will there be outdoor heaters or shade?

Answer

We will be using all parts of the venue, so some parts will be shaded and others may not being. However, with the 5:30pm ceremony, we should be comfortable outside during the short ceremony.

Question

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Answer

Yes! As a celiac, our food will be gluten free, but if you need any other dietary accommodations, let us know and we will gladly accomodate. Sarah has been to a wedding where she could not eat and never wants someone to experience that.
