We met after we both got back from our missions and were attending school at BYU - Trent's mission companion was dating (and now is married to) Emma's roommate. We became good friends while Emma was busy with finance and Trent was playing BYU Lacrosse. Then COVID came and we stayed in touch when we went back to North Carolina and California. When we both came back to Provo in August, we spent everyday together studying, climbing, playing pickle ball and skiing. Soon, our friendship became a relationship, then on February 26th, Trent popped the question!
