What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Doors will open at 4:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. To ensure everyone has a smooth experience, we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals once the ceremony starts. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss a moment of the celebration!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at the Westin Carlsbad Resort and Spa for our guests. Since our wedding falls over Columbus Day weekend, the hotel is expected to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking your stay as soon as possible to secure your room. The last day to reserve your room with the discount room rate is September 10th.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at the venue. If you prefer not to drive, there will also be plenty of Ubers available for easy transportation to and from the event!

We love kids, but we’re keeping the celebration adults-only. If you need help arranging childcare, we’d be happy to provide some recommendations!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Garden Party Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, suits and cocktail dresses are just as great. Think of it as an elevated garden party—elegant, refined, and full of color! Since everything will be outdoors, please bring a wrap for extra warmth. Ladies, opt for practical footwear, as you'll be walking on gravel.
