When is the RSVP deadline?

If you would, kindly RSVP no later than August 20th in order to ensure proper timing to allow for all preparations to be made!

What should I wear?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Our dress code is semi-formal, cocktail attire. We recommend dressing comfortably enough to dance the night away, but fancy enough to make your photos shine!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive approximately 15-30 minutes prior to allow ample time for parking and getting to your seat!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held indoors, with a cocktail hour on the rooftop bar, then followed by a reception held indoors. We recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket in case the evening gets cool.

Is this an adults-only celebration?

Answer

We adore your little ones! However, due to space and logistics, we are only able to accommodate the children listed on your RSVP. We completely understand if you’d prefer to make it a date night — if your child is listed but you’d rather leave them at home, you’re welcome to RSVP “no” for them and “yes” for yourselves.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be complimentary parking available on-site. We do encourage carpooling or ridesharing if possible, especially since we know many of our friends and family will be enjoying the open bar. If you’d prefer to leave your car overnight to ensure everyone gets home safely, the venue has kindly agreed to allow vehicles to remain parked until 9:30 a.m. the following morning.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

While we did secure a small hotel block at the Inn on site, we've reserved these rooms for bridal party and immediate family first. There are a plethora of hotels in the Fredericksburg area to choose from! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see our top options.

Where are you registered?

Answer

While gifts are not expected, if you would like to donate towards our first home fund, it would be greatly appreciated. You can find it under our "Registry" tab. There will be a card table set up at the reception for your convenience. If you prefer a paperless option, there will be a scannable QR code for our Venmo available as well.
