Answer

R.S.V.P's are being sent with the formal invitation. They should be mailed back to us with enough time to be RECEIVED before or by the requested date. There will be an option to R.S.V.P online as well. If you do not R.S.V.P by the requested date, a place will not be held for you. If you plan on attending, please make it a priority to R.S.V.P before the deadline!

We have spent a LOT of money on a FANTASTIC photographer to capture our day and are requesting a fully UNPLUGGED ceremony. You will be given the opportunity to take photos on your phones at the very beginning of the ceremony and but we kindly ask that you refrain from all electronics after that point until cocktail hour.

When do I need to be at the venue?

Answer

Please be at Watermill Caterers no later than 11:15am. Late parties will not be permitted entrance to the ceremony and will have to wait until cocktail hour for entry.

If we are able to extend an invitation to your child(ren), they will be listed on the invitations inner envelope. In order to meet our guest restrictions and accommodate the available space, we are only able to extend invitations to children of immediate family and our wedding party. We hope that you understand this decision and will still be able to join us for our special day!

If we are able to include a plus one, it will be indicated on your Save the Date and the inner envelope of your Formal Invitation.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at the Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge. You can book rooms by going to the travel section and clicking on the link provided. If you have chosen to stay elsewhere, please allot the necessary travel time to park and be seated in a timely manner. **please let me know if you have any issues booking the hotel**
