Puerto Rico allows travelers to present evidence of the full vaccination cycle authorized by the FDA upon arrival. These travelers will be exempt from submitting the travel declaration form. Puerto Rico considers a person to be fully vaccinated to have the two vaccine shots PLUS the third “booster” shot, so in total, a fully vaccinated person in Puerto Rico has three vaccine shots. Any adult traveling with a minor more than 2 years of age must fill in and submit the travel declaration form for the minor and show the adult’s vaccination evidence. You can find the travel declaration form here: https://1link.travelsafe.pr.gov/. If any traveler has tested positive to Covid-19 in the last three months from event date, he/she must present a PCR test result with a letter from a certified health professional that states that the person has fully recovered and can safely attend public places. We also recommend you to bring an at home test to have as backup in case you need it.
As stated in the invitation, we will require all guests to provide a negative PCR test and evidence of full vaccination in order to attend the wedding; this is independent of any changes to the official government policy. Please note: Puerto Rico considers a person to be fully vaccinated to have the two vaccine shots PLUS the third “booster” shot, so in total, a fully vaccinated person in Puerto Rico has three vaccine shots.
