What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm. Ceremony begins at 4:00pm.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Festive Cocktail Party! Have fun with your look. Opt for cocktail party attire featuring bolder colors and playful accessories. Women can wear a cocktail dress or party dress in a fun color paired with playful accessories and heels or dressy flats. Men can sport a suit, jazzed up with a bright tie or creative pocket square.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

As much as we love the kids, this will be an adult only party.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be valet parking available for all guests.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & reception are at the same location and both will be outdoors. The reception will be under a solid pergula.

What will the weather be this time of year?

Answer

Typical March weather in Palm Springs is in the low 80s (high) to mid 50's (low). The venue sits right at the base of the mountain so expect cooler weather. A jacket is highly recommended.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the pool area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. Guests are also welcomed to explore the ranch and feed some farm animals. Carrots will be provided for the horses.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. There will be valet parking at the venue.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available as well as appetizers, dinner, and dessert.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes. More info will be available closer the the wedding date.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We ask that every one take their photos when the bride and groom first get to the alter, then put cameras away until the end of the ceremony. This will allow our photographers to take photos without phones in the shot. We greatly appreciate it!
