3:00 PM – Guest Arrival Guests begin arriving and are seated before the ceremony begins. 3:30 PM – Ceremony Begins Your ceremony officially starts. 4:00 PM – Ceremony Ends (approx.) Guests transition to cocktail hour. 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Cocktail Hour Drinks, light bites, and mingling while you take photos. 5:15 PM – Reception Begins Guests are invited into the reception space. 5:30 PM – Grand Entrance Wedding party and newlyweds make their grand entrance. 5:45 PM – Dinner Service Begins 6:30 PM – Toasts & Speeches 7:00 PM – First Dance & Special Dances 7:30 PM – Open Dancing 9:30 PM – Last Call 10:00 PM – Grand Exit
