Things To Do

Old Roslyn Village

The Roslyn Pond Park, the Clock Tower (44 feet tall, built in the late 1800s out of sandstone), and Main Street are where many stores and old historic homes (still occupied) are unchanged from the 19th century.

Cedarmere Park

225 Bryant Avenue, Roslyn, NY 11576

Cedarmere, the country home of prominent 19th-century poet, newspaper editor, and civic leader William Cullen Bryant, is a 7-acre site on Bryant Avenue in the Village of Roslyn Harbor.

Nassau County Museum of Art

One Museum Drive, Roslyn, NY 11576

The Nassau County Museum of Art (NCMA) is located on the former Frick Estate, Clayton, a 145-acre property in Roslyn Harbor in the heart of Long Island’s Gold Coast. The museum's Mansion is a three-story Georgian-style mansion that exemplifies Gold Coast architecture of the late 19th century.

Mim's Restaurant

235 Roslyn Road, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577

One of our most frequented restaurants when we were dating!

Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree!

45 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10111

The Rockefeller Christmas tree is decorated with more than 50,000 LED lights and the electrical wiring is longer than 8 kilometers! Turning on the lights of the Christmas tree is a real spectacle that is great to experience. In 2024, the tree lighting ceremony will take place December 4th and will stay lit into January! It’s the most wonderful time of the year so why not stop by the tree while you’re in New York! You’ll be able to take the LIRR train from Roslyn into NYC!
