There is limited parking and the drive to the venue includes steep, sharp turns. There will be a shuttle service picking guests up at 509 Mill Creek Road Pigeon Forge, TN to bring everyone up the mountain safely. Plan your drive accordingly, certain time slots will be limited and the shuttle will stop before the ceremony begins, only starting again when guests are ready to leave the venue.
Semi-Formal attire: Men in suits, tie optional. Women in cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits. No jeans or flip flops. We'd prefer guests in black. Our color scheme is "dark and moody" with warm lights. If you do not have something black, go as dark as you can. Ladies! If you wear white, cream, or a color that makes you have to say, "it's not white, I promise" one of the bridesmaids will be greeting you with a very clumsy glass of red wine 😄
Unfortunately, no. We understand that this makes travel more difficult, but please respect our choice to make the event 18+. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are very family friendly. If you'd like to make a longer trip to include some family time, please arrange child care for the wedding day and any other group night out activities you wish to attend.
If you are not part of the bridal party, you will be marked as "not able to attend". We suggest filling out your RSVP as soon as possible so you do not forget. There can not be any exceptions past the RSVP deadline.
Our venue only allows a certain number of guests & we have a lot of good people in our daily lives! If we do not have a personal relationship with someone, we can't add an extra seat. Engaged or married couples are welcome, but unless we are close friends, think - no ring, no invite.
Any other questions can be sent as a text to either the Bride or Matron of Honor. Casey 317-790-5252 Micah 317-951-3950
