“We’re getting married!”

Travis and Veronica first met on February 5, 2021. Veronica and her friends went to a restaurant called Boston's in Fontana, California after a Women's night event at their local church. There was a wait time upon arrival, so Veronica and her friends walked back to their vehicles. Travis and his friends happened to be walking behind the girls, and Travis complimented Veronica on her white boots. Veronica acknowledged the compliment with a thumbs up and continued to her vehicle while her friend Angie walked in the same direction as Travis. Angie, Veronica's best friend, informed Travis that Veronica was newly single and that if he wanted to approach her, he should do so respectfully. This led to Travis and Veronica beginning a relationship after dating for a year to ensure a healthy foundation. Since then, Travis and Veronica have been in a relationship, taking the time to understand each other's past experiences and ensuring that they do not repeat any negative patterns from previous relationships. They share a love for travel, dancing, trying new restaurants, meeting new people, and strengthening their faith in God. They both value their families and close relationships, creating a sense of balance in their partnership. On March 1, 2024, Travis surprised Veronica with a trip to Jamaica for her birthday the following day. During their beach getaway, Travis made a heartfelt marriage proposal to Veronica, who eagerly anticipates becoming Mrs. Wilson. Together they are excited to embark on this new chapter of their lives making a commitment to each other and their families to become one. They both attribute their strong bond to their shared faith and dedication to growing closer to God in their relationship.
