It all began in a small college town known as Radford, VA where we both attended school. It was the summer after Travis graduated and he was told to stay an extra year to recover after a baseball injury (poor Travis, but lucky Sofia). Travis was invited to a summer get-together at Sofia's sorority sister's house. Luckily, both of us were in town and attended the party. We soon realized as the night went on that we had a lot in common, big one being our love for food. The bond of starving at a party and having no food places open to order from really brought us together. That night on, we texted every day. It was finally time to come back to school so we made a plan to get to know each other better. For about 4 months we were the best of friends, quickly finding new things to love about one another. The funny thing is we both planned to not date each other because our career goals were in different directions... Until Halloween weekend when Travis decided to stray from that path and asked Sofia to be his girlfriend. And of course, like any crazy person in love, Sofia asked Travis for a synopsis as to why she should agree to date him (even though she knew she wanted to and already knew why she should say yes). From that point on, we've been inseparable. Now after 6 incredible years, we're so excited to finally tie the knot in front of all our friends and family!
