This renovated house overlooks Capitol Lake and provides beautiful views of the south Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. We love going wine tasting here! (TIP: be sure to make reservations and request outdoor seating).

One of our favorite local breweries! Excellent food and it is dog friendly.

Three Magnets Brewing Co.

Octapas is a local ... tapas restaurant (go figure!). It looks a little bleak from the street but the interior is comfortable and the food is unique and yummy.

This park is adjacent to downtown Olympia and the Washington State Capitol. Enjoy the 1.5 mile loop around Capitol Lake.

Heritage Park

For those of you interested in an easy dog friendly hike, Priest Point is a waterfront park that provides access to the Budd Inlet of Puget Sound. (This was Quigley's first hike!)
