Maid of Honor
Jordan and I have been friends for an absurdly long time. We met when she was performing in CYT Rockford and I was at Hallstrom. We forged a weird friendship that has only grown deeper despite hardly spending any time together in person. Jordan has been one of my best friends and most intense supporters for such a long time, and it is an honor to have her standing next to me as I marry my best friend.
Bridesmaid
Laural and I met during a workshop group for aspiring writers which we both took part in. Our friendship blossomed over long nights discussing the written word and working on our various literary projects. She, along with two other wonderful women, and myself formed a writers group called Story Sisters Plot Together. We have formulated an amazing friendship--despite the fact that this wedding weekend is the first time we've ever stood in one another's presence. What a gift she has been to me. <3
Bridesmaid
Amy and I met at the same time as Laural and I--she actually is another member of the Story Sisters Plot together foursome. Amy and I have shared coffee and French fries, spent hours upon hours working on both installments of my book (as well as hers!), and have shared a lot of heartache and laughter together over the last six years of friendship. To have Amy here with me on this day is beyond words.
Bridesmaid
I’ve known Emma for several years, as has Travis. He and I both have performed in various stage productions with Emma, including Into the Woods in 2018. We’ve developed an amazing friendship with her and her husband, Keenan (also in the wedding party). Emma has been an eternal source of support, kindness, wisdom, and humor throughout the last two years, and I’m so incredibly honored to have her standing beside me.
