Wedding Party

Travis Rex

Groom

Paige Breece

Bride

Aaron Woods

Best Man

Aaron and I met around age 20 through mutual friends. Not long after, he asked me to play in his band… after only about six months of careful consideration. Since then we’ve spent plenty of time golfing, playing music, and getting into the kind of situations good friends tend to find themselves in. Aaron’s always been the kind of friend who shows up when you need him—whether it’s helping with a car, a project, or anything else. He’s been a steady and loyal friend for many years, and I’m lucky to have him standing with me today.

Alivia Paetz

Matron of Honor

Alivia and I have been friends since we were just three months old—going on 30 years now! I truly don’t know life without her. No matter how much time passes between visits, whenever we're together, it feels like no time has gone by at all. It’s as if we’ve never been apart. There’s no one else I could imagine having by my side on such a special day—she’s been there for every chapter of my life, and I’m so grateful she’s here for this one too.

Ryan Phillps

Best Man

Ryan is my older brother by about 11 years, which meant growing up I mostly just wanted to hang out with him and be part of whatever he was doing. That included things like accidentally dropping a TV on his Sega and reading his high school love letters when I was a kid. Despite that, he’s always been a great big brother and someone who shows up when it matters most. I’m incredibly grateful to have him here beside me today.

Kailey Murray

Matron of Honor

Kailey and I had the unforgettable pleasure of meeting at the Taco Bell drive-thru when we were 18 and working there. We trauma-bonded through that wild experience, and we’ve been best friends ever since. From being neighbors to becoming moms at the same time, we’ve shared so many chapters of life together. I truly can’t imagine celebrating this day without her by my side.

Dave Williams

Groomsman

I met Dave around the same time I met Aaron, and we’ve spent a lot of time together over the years. We share a lot of the same interests and have had some great conversations—he’s one of the few guys I can really nerd out with about philosophy and life. Some of my favorite memories are just hanging at my old house on a Saturday morning with the windows wide open, throwing on The Lost Boys. I’m pretty sure we watched it ten times one summer and made everyone else watch it too. Dave has always been a great friend, and now with daughters only about six months apart, we also get to figure out the dad thing together.

Oona Spiekerman

Bridesman

Oona and I first met nearly 25 years ago on the playground at daycare. We reconnected in middle school and instantly clicked again—just two goofy, silly kids who got along effortlessly. Even after all these years, and despite her move to Florida at one time, our bond has remained strong. She’s my forever dance partner, the one who can always make me laugh, and the person who reminds me to never take life too seriously and just have fun.

Mike Brandt

Groomsman

Mike and I went to the same high school, only a couple grades apart, and he knew a lot of people in my class—but we somehow didn’t really connect until later. We ended up meeting through gaming, and after playing together for a while I found out he was a drummer. That led to him coming over to jam with Aaron and me, and what started as a few sessions turned into years of playing together. These days we still jam when we can and game whenever time allows. Mike is a genuinely great guy and one of my closest friends.

Vanessa Ulfig

Bridesmaid

Vanessa and I instantly clicked at Kailey’s bachelorette trip four years ago, and we’ve been great friends ever since. Thank you, Kailey, for sharing her with me—seriously! Vanessa is one of the most thoughtful and dependable people I know. She’s always on time, always shows up, and always gives her whole heart. I’m truly honored to have her as one of my bridesmaids.

Reiley McDonell

Groomsman

Reiley and I actually went to the same high school, only two years apart, but somehow didn’t really know each other back then. We ended up meeting later in my early 20s through our mutual friend Jared and quickly became good friends. Since then there have been plenty of good times—drinks, competitive foosball, biking around on the 4th of July, and more gaming than we’d probably like to admit. Reiley has a great sense of humor and is always fun to be around, and I’m really glad our paths crossed when they did.

Emma Hansen

Bridesmaid

Emma and I met at our local gym in Saginaw, Michigan, and we instantly connected over our shared love of music and dancing. She’s the kind of friend I can call at 10 p.m. to go out, and she’ll always be ready for a good time. Through every high and low, Emma has been right by my side, supporting me and cheering me on. Even from 2,000 miles away in New Orleans, she never fails to check in and remind me that distance doesn’t change our friendship. I can’t imagine my wedding day without her standing beside me. I know she’ll bring her signature energy and fun to the dance floor, making the celebration even more unforgettable.

RJ Murray

Groomsman

I’ve only known RJ for a handful of years, but we clicked right away. One of the best parts is that we’re going through the same stage of life—he has a daughter who’s only about 2½ months older than ours—so we’ve been figuring out this whole parenthood thing at the same time. RJ has great taste in horror, a great sense of humor, and is just an easy guy to hang out with. I’m really glad we became friends and that he’s here celebrating with us.

Sarah Vermeersch

Bridesmaid

Sarah and I met at work two years ago and instantly hit it off. She’s now my golf partner in our league, and I truly wouldn’t want anyone else by my side—on or off the course. We bond over Long Drinks and work gossip, and I look forward to every moment we get to catch up. Sarah is unapologetically herself and honest to a fault, which makes her truly one of a kind. I’m so lucky I get to see her every week, and even luckier to have her standing beside me on my wedding day.

Andre Danek

Groomsman

I’ve only known Andre for a few years, but it didn’t take long to realize he was a great guy. He’s hilarious and one of the few people I can really nerd out with. His Star Wars knowledge is on another level compared to mine, and he even built me a Darth Vader mask once that I was seriously impressive. Andre also games and somehow always seems to know what’s happening across the internet, which gives us plenty to laugh about. He’s always a blast to spend time with.

Taylor Rewerts

Bridesmaid

Taylor and I actually met through Bumble BFF, and from the start we instantly connected over our shared love for working out, traveling and just having fun together. Even though we live far apart, distance has never changed the kind of friend she is — someone who always brings energy, laughter and unforgettable memories wherever she goes. I’m so grateful Bumble brought us together because I truly couldn’t imagine my wedding day without her standing by my side.
