Is there a dress code?

Formal attire Please note the ceremony and reception are being held outdoors, and the ground is cobblestone, therefore ladies may wish to wear appropriate shoes.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking providing at the Hilton Barbados Resort. The Charles Fort is located at the far end of the parking lot, therefore you may wish to park closer to the entrance of the Fort. We advise you enter the venue from the Fort's entrance, for ease of access. Hotel security will also be able to provide directions when you arrive.

Can I bring a date?

Please only bring the people listed on your invitation.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Barbados will be warm, as always. Average temperatures in January are 28 degrees Celsius (79 degrees Fahrenheit).

If you are a visitor to Barbados, there are many Hotels and Airbnb's in Barbados, especially in the area of the venue. We have shared some hotels on the Travel page, based on the proximity to the venue, however, please feel free to browse the many options available online! We also have a Hotel Block of discounted rooms at the Hilton Resort, please use the link to this on the Travel page.

We have scheduled a catamaran cruise after the wedding, on Sunday January 11th. Please see details under schedule.

We ask that you arrive between 3.45pm and 4.15pm, so you are seated for the start at 4:30pm.
