We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than May 16, 2026.
The dress code is Dressy Casual. Think of this like "Sunday best" or "elevated day-time wear". For women, options include midi/knee length dresses, or a nice blouse with a skirt or dress pants. For men, options include dress pants, or chinos, and a collared dress shirt with a tie. All of this said, please wear what makes you feel confident! We want our guests to feel comfortable!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. Both will take place at the venue.
We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4pm, as the ceremony will be begin promptly at 4:30pm.
While we understand the desire to capture your own photographs, especially during special occasions, we want everyone to be fully present during the ceremony. There will be a reminder at the start of the ceremony to refrain from any cell phone use throughout the entirety of the ceremony. We have a photographer that will be capturing all the best moments, and we will happily share those with everyone when the time comes.
In order to keep our day as intimate as possible, we are limiting the number of plus ones. All guests invited will be listed on the formal invitation either by name, or they will be listed as "Guest".
Please reach out to either Travis or Megan to inform them of any allergies and/or restrictions so that they can inform the caterer.
Only children of family members will be allowed.
We will have a block of rooms available at the Hotel Madison in Harrisonburg, VA. When booking, please inform them that you will be attending the Cattles-Betts wedding.
Temperature highs can range anywhere from 75 - 85 degrees. Please plan to be in the sun throughout the duration of the ceremony and cocktail hour. Water will be provided before the ceremony, and during cocktail hour. If any accommodations need to be made, please let the couple know as soon as possible.
There are plenty of airports in the surrounding area! The closest airport will be Shenandoah Regional Airport (smaller airport, probably more expensive). Dulles International Airport is about the same distance from the venue as Richmond (roughly 2 hours), but may have more flight options.
