We’d love for our guests to dress up and celebrate with us in style! Black-tie optional means a tuxedo or a floor-length gown is welcome, but not required. A dark suit and tie or a formal dress are perfectly appropriate too. Think: Elegant, Festive, and Polished—whatever makes you feel your best for a special evening!
The ceremony will be held indoors at the Cathedral of the Incarnation. Cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
Parking will be available at the Cathedral of the Incarnation in the lot located behind the church. There will not be on-site parking at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. The Symphony is within walking distance of our host hotel, the Omni Nashville, and nearby hotels. We encourage guests to valet at the Omni Nashville or the Hilton Downtown, or use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft for convenience.
Although the welcome party and reception are within walking distance, we will provide a small shuttle for those that need it: Friday - 5:30PM - 10:30PM (Omni to/from Category 10) Saturday - 5:00PM - 11:00PM (Omni to/from Schermerhorn) Transportation is on own for ceremony at the Cathedral.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name or "& guest" will appear on your RSVP. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo—we wish we could celebrate with everyone, but space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of a few immediate family members, as specified by your invite. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening with us!
