The RSVP deadline is 7/5/2023
There are multiple ways you can RSVP! You can use the RSVP tab on the website, or mail back the postcard included in the invitation.
Due to limited space, we ask that you only bring a +1 if specified on your invitation. This specification will also be listed when you RSVP on the website.
The ceremony and reception are in the same location- Almost Heaven Barn in Shinnston, WV. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be held inside.
There will be a hotel block for those who are interested. The hotel is Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bridgeport and the block is reserved as Lucas wedding. Please reserve your room at least 2 weeks before the wedding.
Dressy casual is the attire for the event.
There is an abundance of parking at the venue, which is also handicap accessible.
You should arrive at the venue and be seated no later than 4:45. The wedding starts at 5, and no one will be permitted in the ceremony space after this time.
No cell phones will be permitted during the ceremony; we want you to be present in the moment with us! We have hired a spectacular photographer to capture the day, and we will be sure to share our photos after the wedding.
There will be a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres between the ceremony and reception while we get photos with our immediate families and wedding party.
We will be having charcuterie treats at cocktail hour and BBQ with salad, broccoli, and mashed potatoes for dinner. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP so we can make the proper arrangements.
The reception space is rented out until 10 pm.
We are registered at Target and our registry is under the “registry” tab on our website. There are actual items on Target’s registry and cash funds on Zola.
