The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail. We suggest mid length or full length dresses for women and for men trousers and button up shirt are perfect. We’d love to see everyone dressed up, but we know it will be warm- so no need for full suits unless you want to! Please reference this Pinterest board for outfit inspiration: https://pin.it/3OsbeE7ft
The ceremony will start at 5 p.m. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.
Out of respect for the moment, we ask that phones remain out of sight during the ceremony. But after that- snap away! A QR code will be provided after so you can upload pictures from the rest of your day and trip.
For any questions or concerns, please feel free to text Kate at (815) 601-3356 or Travis at (224) 213-9763.
Please book your wedding stay through Dana (see our Travel page) so you’re included in our wedding group at the resort. You will get the best pricing and seamless coordination. The earlier you book, the better! Dana is wonderful and will take care of the hotel, flights, and transportation to and from the airport.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please reach out to Kate or Travis.
Yes! Traveling to Mexico does require a passport. They can take up to 4-6 weeks to process, so highly recommend doing it sooner rather than later! Please see the link below for more information: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html/
The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all be outdoors. If it rains, there will be a back up location provided.
Although the venue is family-friendly, we are keeping our wedding celebration an adults-only event due to limited space. We appreciate you understanding!
As much as we’d love to welcome everyone, our guest list is extremely limited due to venue capacity. We are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitations.
