Travis and Jessica met at the Arch riverfront the summer of 2011. They were both focused on college at the time, but always kept in touch as friends. In 2018, Jessica moved from Belleville, Illinois to St. Louis, Missouri, which happened to be 10 minutes from Travis. They started hanging out and dated over the next few years. Realizing that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, Travis proposed to Jessica in March 2025. Jessica said yes, and they are excited to continue their journey together.
