Things To Do

Joshua Tree National Park

CA

We went to Joshua Tree on our first trip together with Tillie! It's so special to us, but it's also one of the weirdest natural places you'll get to visit. You'll need a car to visit and it's a place you'll want to prepare for ahead of time: no cell service, lots of water and sunscreen non-negotiable, good shoes and clothes to keep cool -- it's the desert! Entrance fee is $30 per car, good for repeat visits for 1 week, and the park is open 24 hours a day. A nighttime stargazing visit to see stars is amazing but SPOOKY.

Sunny Dunes Antique Mall

507 East Sunny Dunes Road, Palm Springs, CA 92264

Palm Springs vintage is on another level -- there are a ton of shops to visit, but this is Jess' favorite one! Post up here and there are several others within walking distance, as well.

Palm Springs Art Museum

101 North Museum Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92262

Hide out and cool off in this colorful and easy-to-navigate museum for the afternoon.
