Are children welcome to attend?
Answer
Unfortunately due to guest capacity constraints, we are asking kiddos to have a fun day with the babysitters while parents come to celebrate with the bride and groom!

What if I can't eat anything on the menu?
Answer
The bride and groom will be following-up with guests regarding any dietary restrictions to supplement the menu in these instances. If you do not see an email from the bride and groom to this effect, please reach out to them at the email from which you received your invitation.

What should I do between ceremony and reception?
Answer
There are several options! Guests are welcome to roam the botanical gardens, wander the UBC campus (maybe even see the library where Travis and Emily met!), or sightsee at the various look-out areas in the surroundings (along SW Marine Drive, the northern edge of UBC Main Mall, across from Koerner's Pub).

What is the attire?
Answer
The wedding will be semi-formal, but guests are encouraged to wear whatever they feel happiest wearing!

How will I get from the ceremony to the reception?
Answer
We have a limo reserved for 2 hours between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm that will shuttle guests from the ceremony to the reception. It also a 30 minute walk if guests would prefer a walk along the edge of UBC campus. If you plan to drive, parking for the reception would include free parking along Marine Drive, or paid parking at a lot just south of Koerner's along West Mall.

How will I get home after the wedding festivities?
Answer
Vancouver has an abundant Uber presence, as well as reliable cab and public transit services accessible from the venues and throughout the city.
