The cruise-in is a free community event taking place from 5-9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3 in downtown New Castle. Everything is within walking distance of our Wedding Reception venue if you want to see the area the night before the reception.

Henry County Veterans Museum

The Veterans Museum is open 4-7 p.m. Fridays and 12-4 p.m. Saturdays and is free to the community. Travis helped get the museum started and is really proud of what the team created.

Memorial Park

Fish and feed the ducks at the pond, walk or run the trails, and visit the many monuments around Memorial Park. There are playgrounds, tennis courts and a Tale Trail for families, too.

Baker Park

Baker Park includes playgrounds, a free disc golf course, basketball and pickleball courts, and skate/BMX park. The Baker Park Aquatic Center includes a community pool and splash pad.

Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame

The Hall of Fame museum celebrates the proud heritage of basketball in the Hoosier State from its origins in the 1890s to the current season.

Wilbur Wright Trail

A beautiful bike, running and walking trail. You may wish to start at the Wilbur Wright Trailhead at Henry County YMCA.

Summit Lake State Park

Summit Lake has an excellent bird watching and wildlife observation area. More than 2,680 acres, including a large lake and multiple trails, await visitors.
