Denver International Airport

DIA is the closest airport to Breckenridge - about a 2 hour drive. You really don't need a car unless you plan to do do some exploring. Breckenridge has an amazing bus system that will take you all around the town for free! You can rent a car from DIA or use one of our awesome shuttle services that will take you right to the hotel/resort. We have attached a friends/family discount code if you would like to use it! Travel Note

Elevation

Breckenridge sits at 9600 feet above sea level. There are things you can do to try to avoid altitude sickness. Start drinking LOTS of water at least two weeks ahead of time. Once you are here, continue to drink water even if you are not feeling thirsty. Don't over indulge on alcohol or you'll become very dehydrated. We highly recommend drinks that have electrolytes like Pedialyte to avoid getting sick.
