In December 2012, Brooke decided two of her closest friends needed to meet. Both being athletic, dirt bike riders, with similar morals; Brooke knew Danielle & Travis would be a perfect match! She gave them each others phone numbers, but told them one rule, no photos. Just like a blind date. Travis & Danielle immediately hit it off & their casual texting evolved into deeper discussions. On Christmas day, Danielle, her sister & all their cousins were planning to go look at Christmas lights. Erica convinced Danielle to invite this mystery man & to her surprise, Travis agreed. Travis met Danielle, her parents & half her family that night. At first, Erica tried to trick him by saying she was her twin, but he didn't fall for it! When Travis & Danielle met that night, Danielle's mom saw the look in her daughter's eyes, she knew this was it! She was right! They enjoyed being together, holding hands, talking, & laughing. Little did they know, this would the beginning of their love story.

Our first official date was shooting at the gun range, which continues to be a favorite date activity for us. From supporting each other through long hours of studying, college graduations, and establishing our careers, we have shared many life experiences together. The most memorable so far was a surprise helicopter ride, which led to a magical wedding proposal overlooking scenic Malibu. Our life together has been nothing short of an adventure, and we are excited to share many more adventures ahead.
